"box4receipts" is a virtual mobile „box” for storing receipts, pictures and information about merchandise that the consumer has bought. It will facilitate the returns and refunds process should merchandise fault be detected long time after the purchase.
Time is of the essence when you wish to request a refund , return or an exchange of a faulty exercise.
How do you react when the product stops working or when you find it is faulty? You are sad, angry, and then you panic because you don’t remember when you purchased it and whether you will be able to exchange it, have it fixed or be refunded. You try to find the receipt and it turns out that you don’t know where it can be or when you finally find it, it is faded or unreadable. You get more and more frustrated….
You ask yourself whether you can request return, refund or exchange the product if the receipt is faded, destroyed or if it has simply been lost?
Of course you can – according to the applicable law the client/consumer doesn’t have to present a receipt but a proof of purchase while requesting return, refund or exchange of the product. It is a user-friendly and intuitive application – all you need is a mobile phone with a camera and a few minutes to record necessary information.
The application is very easy to operate: you choose a category of a product (e.g. clothes, jewellery), take a picture of a proof of purchase (receipt) and the product you have purchased. Moreover, you select a date of purchase, make a short description of the product and choose a guarantee period (12, 24 months etc.).
You can freely store up to 20 receipts
