The official app of the Woodford Folk Festival, in its second incarnation!
We have hugely improved upon last year's app, and kept all the goodness.
Woodford 2014 (The App) Features:
* Full programme
(much faster and better than last year, including support of rotation and pinch & zoom)
* Interactive map
(better resolution than last year; you can read those funky street names!)
* Personal programme creator
(with three highlighter colours)
* Mark my campsite
* Full itinerary and bio's for each of the 400+ artists and presenters
(with link outs to their official websites)
* Full week programme for each of the 35+ venues
* Children's festival programme
* Twitter and Instagram festival chat feed
* A navigation system that reveals and opens up the richness and breadth of the Woodford Folk Festival like never before
Our intention is for the app to be something that contributes to the magic of Woodford, and becomes part of your Woodford experience.
We see ourselves as one of the many brightly coloured threads that form the festival tapestry, just like the Fire Event, Byron Bay doughnuts, Spaghetti Junction, Men in Black and the Children's Parade.
We hope that people will look forward to seeing what is new in the app each year.
Our mission is to create something exceptional that you can be excited about.

* Added a home menu icon to all the major screens (see note below)
* Reduce memory used by home screen for increased stability
* Fixed bug where accessing the map in Brisbane (or pretty much anywhere south of Woodford) resulted in a blank white screen
* Fixed bug where events after midnight in My Programme screen showed first instead of last

* Fixed incorrect image of Rhonda Roberts
(Thank you Mark A for using the About/feedback link to let us know about this)
NOTE : We were not planning on doing another release prior to the festival, but issues with iOS8's ability to handle gestures, combined with our innovative 3-finger-touch-gesture based user interface, rendered the app completely unusable for some iOS8 users (thank you to Steven Coulter for reporting this on the facebook page and helping us figure it out)
