Inbox by Zendesk is multiplayer email. It lets you collaborate in real time and respond as one to questions, comments, and feedback.
• Inbox organizes your team’s shared emails, so there’s no question about ownership. You can assign an email to yourself or delegate to a team member.
• Work as a team to manage a marketing campaign or any other influx of email. Make sure every bit of feedback is heard — and responded to.
• Team members can leave internal notes on an email thread, so you can exchange knowledge, discuss ideas, and reach consensus before you reply.
• @mention a team member. See when someone is typing a reply to an email. Get real-time browser notifications when an update is made.
• Keep tabs on the email conversations you want to manage and see the conversation through to the end to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
