Globe Community app connects you to fellow Globe customers online all the time.
Globe Community is an online customer service channel designed to let Globe and non-Globe customers explore, answer, and learn about Globe products and services. Its contents are driven by the Community members via forum threads, blog entries, interest groups, and ideas. It provides customers an avenue to interact, discuss, and resolve general Globe-related concerns and topics.
Now, with the Globe Community mobile app, you can create discussions and help fellow Globe customers on your smartphone.
*Start and create discussions
Discuss any Globe-related, non-account specific concerns you may have. The boards (or "places") are segmented into several categories covering Globe Postpaid and Prepaid, Republika ng TM, Tattoo@Home Broadband, GCash, Mobile Data, as well as Device Discussion and Troubleshooting covering mobile phones and other devices, and more.
*Be rewarded for active participation
Each action you make within the Community will earn you points, allowing you to climb up the leaderboard. Be an active member to unlock various privileges.
*Participate in Interest Groups
Love books, music, fashion, travel or others? Talk about your hobbies and interests with fellow members and get the most out of your Globe Community experience.
*Receive Community exclusives
Get first dibs on special offers and treats exclusively available to Community members.
