PersonalHeroes turns peer to peer acts of kindness into your "Positive Impact Records", enabling you to measure & keep track of your impact in the world, and have a profile that represents the kind of person you really are.
But why are we doing this?
For centuries, we have developed systems that measure how culpable, shameful or fraudulent people are: criminal records, credit score, fraud systems. Billions of dollars invested in organising systems to distance ourselves from "bad" people. But there's never been a system that measures how "good" people are.
PersonalHeroes is a new reputation system that measures people's and organisations' positive impact in the world.
In a world where a constant flow of negative stories is underrating humanity, we want to surface a new narrative for the millions of ordinary people performing extraordinary acts everyday and give them the space they deserve in this society.
