The SMRT Field Tech and Supplier Field Tech App developed by Impartx Ltd. The SMRT Field Tech and Supplier Field Tech app has been designed by Impartx Ltd as a mobile portal for use by E-Supplierlink.com customers. The SMRT Field Tech and Supplier Field Tech App is a business to business application for use by Impartx Ltd customers to connect to Impartx Ltd internet system. The SMRT App allows raising of work orders by Field Techs and Supplier Field Techs. The SMRT App also allows Field Techs and Supplier Field Techs to record asset movements on the SMRT system.

- Added 'Extended ETA feature'- if the ETA is set beyond 7 days, users should provide 'ETA Extended Reason' and 'ETA Extended Notes'.
- Added 'Commit Miss Feature' - if the commitment date is missed, users would be asked with 'Commit Miss Category' and 'Commit Miss Notes'.
