With SecurePIM, employees can use their mobile devices in both business and private environments. All corporate data is encrypted and stored in the so-called secure container separated from private data.

With SecurePIM, you meet all the requirements of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) with regard to mobile working.

- Central app configuration and administration with SecurePIM Management Portal, e.g., allowed and blocked domain lists, file upload, Touch ID/Face ID

+++ Create, Edit and Delete Shared Contacts +++

Have you already gotten used to the shared contacts in SecurePIM? Then get ready for our new features: From now on, you can create new contacts for shared accounts and public folders, edit existing contacts or delete contacts from the respective list.

+++ Removed 'Synchronize all items': Changed Sync Periods for Emails and Calendars +++

With this release, the setting option Synchronize all items for emails and calendars is no longer available. If you had previously selected Synchronize all items, your synchronization period for past items for emails and calendars will be changed to 1 month.

For calendar events, you still have the option of extending synchronization for past events to three or six months. For emails, you can continue to use the server search for the entire period of the mailbox (Exchange only).
