One Drink One Click has been developed by Public Health Wales and Alcohol Concern Cymru to help you make some small changes to your drinking that will make a big difference to your health. One Drink One Click really is just that – no complicated data entry, no scrolling through endless lists to find your preferred tipple while getting jostled at the bar. Just One Click is all you need to keep track of how much you are consuming. It’s as simple as that!
With common sense advice and notifications when you want to get them, One Drink One Click is your one stop shop for nudging your drinking in the right direction.
