It also includes various Technogym products and tools that you can incorporate into your weekly cardio routine such as Unica, Kinesis, Technogym Bench, Dumbbells, and Kettlebells.


Thanks to Technogym App for Apple Watch you can now connect your Apple Watch to the Technogym Live App for iPad and share your heart rate in real time. Plus, your workout will sync directly with Apple Health and Fitness. You can download it searching ‘Technogym App’ on the App Store or Apple Watch App Store.
