The 2015 Edinburgh TV Festival will once again be interactive with the return of the Festival app.
Produced by award-winning interactive specialists Tellybug, you can take part live with many of the sessions, directly from the app. All interaction is anonymous so you can vote or post questions that you really want answered. The app is the only place you can view and vote for the 2015 TV Moment of the Year, announced at the Edinburgh TV Awards. It’s also home to the new Festival programme, where you can plan your trip by date or the sessions you’re interested in. Plus the app will showcase all the latest Festival news, videos, photos, and blogs.
Watch out for the TAKE PART & ASK app icons that appear on screen at the session. Then use the app to contribute to the sessions below and more:
* Ask an anonymous question to all of the channel controllers and US Gamechangers. Questions appear in the app, so you can vote up the good ones.
* Take part by voting for your favourite housemate to win Edinburgh Does…Big Brother
* Respond to Armando Iannuci’s MacTaggart Lecture by asking him a question in the Post MacTaggart Interview
* Ask an anonymous question to channel bosses in the Leaders Debate
* Quiz Culture Secretary John Whittingdale
* Take part in polls and respond to questions when the panelists ask the audience
