In Fisher-Price we talk and listen to moms online, in focus groups and in their homes, so we can see what they need to make life better for themselves and their babies.
We spend time with babies in their own environments and in our play labs where we study their daily routine, needs, and stages of development.
We come up with product ideas with the help of product designers, child development experts and safety engineers, who combine the input we get from moms and babies with Fisher-Price experience, expertise and creativity.
Through consumer research and online forums, we test our ideas and our new product concepts, asking for their feedback.
Finally, we test products for babies in real home situations and in our product testing lab before reaching store shelves to make sure each product complies with the highest safety standards.
