A: For US, Europe, AUS, SG, the free shipment will normally take around 2 week to be delivered. Other countries will take 2-3 weeks delivery depends on location.
Q: Do you provide rush shipping service?
Please contact us at sales@appseedstudio.com if you would like express shipping for extra $40. However, it might take up to 3 working days including canvas processing time & only available for US, Europe, AUS and SG.
Q: Do you accept credit card payment?
A: YES
Q: I did not receive my canvas within 2 week of promised date.
A: We will email you the estimated delivery date once we have sent the canvas for printing. Please immediately contact us at sales@appseedstudio.com if your canvas did not reach within the estimated delivery date.
