Step - the simple, smart pedometer for your iPhone 5S, iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus.
This app utilizes the M7 or M8 motion processor in your iPhone 5S, 6, 6 Plus to record your step count. You set when it should start counting and you can log whatever distance or time scale you would like (upto 7 logs). You can even set one log and keep the step count going, then set another and so on (just like a trip meter).
We let you decide how long you want each log to run for - rather than force you into a strict regime day by day - we would just prefer to gently nudge you in the direction of trying to do more steps and allow you to record those steps in your own timeframe at your own pace.
Your iPhone is, after all the perfect step counter. You have it with you all day (especially when you're out and about) and it is much more intelligent and intuitive than a basic pedometer that you have to strap to yourself.
Because we only use the M7 or M8 motion processor, when this app is running in the background counting your steps for you, there is no adverse effect on the battery life of your phone.
