It's a simple tracking app for whatever you want.
You can mark every time you have a particular thought, or every time you pick up your phone, or any time you say some word or phrase. Simple!
You can give each button a name if you want. Or not. After all, you know what the "game controller" button is, why label it?
You can track whatever you want. Easily. Pick an icon, name it if you'd like to, and start tracking.
Every button you create will show you your history of tapping, so you can know how often and when you did (or didn't do) that thing.
The goal is to be easy and keep your data with you. No servers, no need to specify anything, just tracking what you care about. And it's free. Ad free and free free. It always will be.
