This app offers Australian BOM weather radar loops on a REAL map. Now you can clearly see where it's raining and how heavily.
Just tap on any of the radar icons around Australia and select from the available radar features.
App Features:
- Radar imagery overlaid on street map and satellite imagery.
- Pan and zoom anywhere just like the maps app.
- Aus Radar Map will automatically find the appropriate radar imagery for your location.
- Custom place markers. Keep track of weather at different locations - just add a place marker and Aus Radar Map will overlay the radar imagery for that location.
All this means you can see if the places you are interested in are affected by weather.
Perfect for:
Pilots and fisherman: You can accurately check your flight plan or waypoints for weather issues. Stay safe and plan around adverse conditions.
Bushwalkers and campers: Locate landmarks and walking tracks. Avoid wet tracks and bad weather on your next adventure.
