Canada has a rich natural history that dates back to the end of the last Ice Age. It's a land of astounding beauty, but much of it has been carefully shaped by the humans and wildlife that colonized it as the glaciers started to recede 15,000 years ago. Written by acclaimed 100 Mile Diet author J.B. McKinnon, Wild Canada also includes lush, high impact photography and panoramas from some of Canada’s most remote locations, immersive soundscapes, fly-throughs, interactive infographics that provide detail about Canada’s vast natural riches, and dramatic re-creations that showcase some of activities of the First Peoples who played a role in creating the country.
