Bio-Rhythmic at 60 beats a minute with a combination of Celtic and American Indian music is unique with a slight alpha under tone and subliminal message to create a feeling of natural calmness.

This was created to enhance learning and concentration and should be listened to in the back ground while studying and sleeping.

The words used are derived from well developed research and the alpha theta tones are vibrational and even though they cannot be heard consciously they can be heard and felt subconsciously. The beginning and end have alpha tones with theta in the middle. The possibilities for the benefits of this App are unlimited. It has been shown to improve ADHD, study habits, and confidence with great success.


The subliminal message comes form a study by Queens University in New York who exposed college students to "Mommy and I are One" as a subliminal message. This students exposed to this simple message were more confident, more studious, and received better grades than the control group in the study.
