The United Way in Waukesha County mobilizes people of all backgrounds to make our community a better place by creating connections between volunteer opportunities and individuals and groups who want to make a difference. United Way Volunteer Engagement supports other non-profit organizations to use volunteers effectively, develops volunteer leaders, and advocates for volunteerism. Basically, we help you help others.
This app is a portal to finding your personalized volunteer opportunity no matter where you are. After downloading the app, create a login and get connected. From there, you can browse the hundreds of opportunities available by scrolling through the list, or you can narrow it down based on your availability, age, location, skills, and more. If you find one that interests you, and you certainly will, you can call or email the agency contact without even having to log out of the app. It could not be easier!
Whether you can give an hour a year or a day a week, whether you want to volunteer by yourself or with a group of friends, whether you want to champion for a cause or quietly offer your talents in the background, the United Way in Waukesha supports you in finding a fun and fulfilling experience.
