Have you entered your email address at https://cloud.priceless.com? After doing so, download the MasterCard Priceless London WiFi app and register your device for fast mobile broadband at thousands of The Cloud WiFi locations across the UK.
MasterCard cardholders will be able to connect to thousands of The Cloud hotspots throughout the UK, including cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops.
The app will do all the work for you, auto connecting to The Cloud WiFi wherever it is available. You will never need to remember a username and password again and you can make the most of this service without having to think about it – helping you avoid running up mobile data bills.
What else does it do?
• Lists the nearest hotspots, type of venue and displays a map showing how to get there. Search for hotspots across the UK by name and address.
• No need for an internet connection to search for hotspots using venue name and address. We'll automatically update your map to keep you in the loop as new hotspots appear.
• The app helps you register for Cloud WiFi from anywhere with an internet connection.
• Touch a hotspot to see its details.
Note: Before downloading the app you need to enter your email address at https://cloud.priceless.com. Registration to MasterCard Priceless London requires a valid MasterCard account.

Fix issues caused by the app retaining an old device profile for WiFi when restoring a new device from a backup of an old device. This causes the app to remain in a registered state which prevents it from registering the new device for WiFi.
To clear the profile if the app is already in this state:
Open the app when connected to any Cloud Hotspot, this will enable the app to update the app profile automatically. You only need to connect to the SSID _The Cloud and open the app.
If you are still experiencing problems you can reset the app profile manually, access the 'About FastConnect' button which can be found under the 'More' tab. Scroll down to 'Customer Support Information' and click the 'Reset device registration' link.
