Welcome to Ohana!

Please note that this app is for restaurant staff. If you are looking for the Mahana consumer app, please search for "Mahana" and select the standard Mahana app.


So if you are still reading and are a staff member at a restaurant that uses, or wants to use Mahana, let us tell you about the Ohana - the Mahana Manager app.

1. We will connect you to all restaurants that you own or manage so you can see which guests are in each restaurant.

2. We will let you know when your best guests come into the restaurant. We also let you know when they leave and when they provide feedback. These are settings you can adjust on a per-guest basis.

3. We will identify the guest's dietary restrictions, dietary preferences, and previous purchase history. Is the guest that just walked in gluten-free? You will know instantly.

4. We will let you know what their favorite items are to order so that you can tailor the guest experience to meet their requests. Such as "are they a red wine or white wine drinker?" and "do they prefer red meat or fish?"

5. You can share notes about a particular guest with other managers at your restaurant that are using the Ohana app. That way you can track things such as "when was the last time we gave them a free drink?" and "when did we have the chef come by the table?"

The best part is that Ohana works with your Mahana Overlay on the Point of Sale system so the dietary restrictions, preferences, and past purchase history show up on both your phone and the POS.

We have made a few tweaks to the app so that it stays with a light background. We will add a darker colored background later.

We also fixed a few minor bugs.
