Use this app to help you determine how many calories/ kJ you should consider taking in each day for maintaining successful energy reserves for breastfeeding using the tried Mifflin-St Jeor formula.
Using the simple yet intuitive interface you can
- Enter you age
- Enter your weight (metric and imperial)
- Enter your height (metric and imperial)
- Select your activity levels
Modelling the app based on your personal profile, you can see the calculated intake required in both calories and kJ.
