You can set focal length, aperture and subject distance to get hyper focal and depth of field or you just ask for the depth of field you need to obtain the required aperture and focal length.
Camera ToolBox allow the user to set his preferences: select whether to use metric or imperial distance units, 1/2 stops rather than 1/3 and whether to use the standard "d/1500" formula to calculate the camera circle of confusion or the Zeiss one "d/1730"
The user will also be able to setup his "Bag" i.e. define the cameras and lenses which will be used. While camera selection is mandatory to identify a Circle of Confusion and enable depth of field calculations, lens data are useful to narrow down possible aperture and focal length values and set the closest focus distance.
