Just seen your Supported Person succeed or experience a milestone in achieving a goal? Take a picture or video and attach it to Goal Progress note or Daily Journal log and upload to your ShareVision site.
The ShareVision Mobile App allows existing ShareVision client users to access their ShareVision site.
Intended for front line staff, the app offers access to information regarding Persons Supported, Programs & Residences and User Tasks and Schedules.
Users can add Daily Journal notes and Goal Progress notes with photo and video attachments using the device camera or previously recorded.
Security and permissions per user designation are as set in the web-based application. A user only has access to those Programs, Residences and Individuals they have been granted permissions to access by the site administrator. Likewise, the ability to add, edit and delete items/records are directly taken from the permissions set by the site administrator.
