Mrs. Nikhol B. Jackson is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Marriage & Family Therapist, Consultant, Life Coach and Radio Host. She attended the University of Georgia in 2001 and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in psychology. She obtained her Master's degree in counseling psychology from the University of West Alabama in 2007, and later completed an add on certificate in School Guidance Counseling through the University of West Alabama as well.
In 2008 Mrs. Jackson completed the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Argosy University in Atlanta and is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in counseling psychology from Argosy University in Sarasota Florida.
In 2008 Mrs. Jackson founded Just A Journey Counseling & Psychological Services, LLC a comprehensive behavioral health agency servicing the Metro Atlanta area. She operates from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy model with a belief that people can bring about change in their lives by first changing their thoughts and beliefs.
In January of 2013 Mrs. Jackson began airing "The Healing Place" Internet Radio Show on WXRP Radio. The mission of The Healing Place is to serve as "a fun and informative radio show exploring various mental health & wellness topics for daily living." The Healing Place airs every Tuesday at 7:30pm EST. To listen to the show via the Internet log on to www.blogtalkradio.com/wxrp3 look for The Healing Place or call in at show time to 347-324-3102. Mrs. Jackson co-founded Jackson & Jackson Consulting, LLC
in August of 2013 with her husband of 10 years. As founders of Jackson & Jackson Consulting, LLC, Mr. & Mrs. Jackson are dedicated to uplifting, educating and empowering the community through financial coaching, financial literacy / awareness seminars, family development and relationship enrichment programs and life coaching.
