This is the OFFICIAL APP for the FIDE World Chess Championship Match (FWCM) 2013 between Viswanathan Anand and Magnus Carlsen at Chennai, India from November 7 to 28, 2013. This is the first time in the history of chess where you can follow the live chess matches real-time on your iOS devices.
Features in this app:
* Live games – You can view the live moves of the matches as and when the moves are made. You can view the game real-time.
* Notifications – You'll be notified of when the match starts.
* Videos - A section of videos on FWCM 2013
* Latest News - The app shows latest news about FWCM 2013
* Fixtures/Results – The app will display detailed schedule of the FWCM 2013
* Countdown – The app shows a countdown timer leading upto the FWCM
* Tweets – The app shows relevant tweets with hashtag of #FWCM2013
* Image gallery – Gallery of images of the FWCM 2013
* Previous encounters – The app has a section of previous encounters between Anand and Carlsen. You can play through these games on your devices.
