Perfect Body : Fat Calculator & Body Database - Diet and Workout

This application has been developed for users who are interested in improving body

The software is divided into 5 main functions:

1: kcal to body fat converter
2: kj to body fat converter
3: Database for data recording body
4: Playback of recorded data
5: Displaying improvements based on the period chosen

With the first function ( kcal to body fat converter ) you can determine the amount of body fat that corresponds to a food. By entering kcal we'll get the corresponding weight . By entering the number of days we'll get the amount of fat corresponding to those days.

The second function ( kj to body fat converter ) is like the previous one, but it uses a different unit of measure

The third function allows you to insert all the body measurements ( weight, height, muscle circumference , waist, etc. ) on a specific date

The fourth function allows the visualization of all data recorded

The fifth function allows the visualization of the improvements based on the selected period: selecting a date interval you will be able to see changes in your body.
