Open Door is the industry’s leading mobile platform for field-based sales and service teams from Realtime Results. This free app works alongside the Open Door Web solution to provide field representatives a host of capabilities including:
-Work sales leads or work orders assigned to each field agent. Each agent can receive leads or work orders electronically, update those leads and transmit data back to the Open Door system.
-Review assigned work through a Map-based interface for routing and planning daily activities.
-Capture sales or work order information on custom forms and transmit the information back to the Open Door system.
-Capture key information such as electronic signatures or photo verification for sales, audit, QA or other field activities.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
