A free app for renters and landlords
RentRight is a free app from Consumer Affairs Victoria for renters and landlords. It offers tools and information to help you lease or manage a rental property.
You can generate and fill in condition and inspection reports, use email templates to communicate, set reminders for important dates, calculate rent payments and more, all from your smartphone.
RentRight has been developed by Consumer Affairs Victoria, the government body that regulates residential tenancies in Victoria, Australia.

The new version of the app still contains the same great information and tools for renters, but now offers enhanced functionality to landlords:
• information about managing a rental property
• the ability to generate and fill in reports, including condition, exit and inspection, that can be customised to suit the property
• email templates to contact tenants about goods left behind, upcoming inspections and general property-related issues
• the ability to set reminders of important dates, such as rent payments and end of lease.
