Glaucoma is a prevalent disease that if not diagnosed and treated properly will result in visual function loss and blindness.
There are many diagnostic tools for glaucoma diagnosis. None of them replaces the fundus examinantion by an ophthalmologist.

Include patientes using their initials and their basic data.
- Create
Perform the examination using a picture from the ambum, taking a picture of the optic nerve from a printout or from a screen. You can choose to preform the examination without a picture and to document it acording to your clinical judgment.
- Document
Check if the nerve obeys the ISNT rule and then fill the form to decide if the assessment is: Glaucoma, Glaucoma Suspect, Other pathologies or normal optic nerve.
- Send
Save and send to your e-mail a complete report from the glaucoma form and with your clinical assessment.
- Review
Review your previous examination forms.
