The Bamboo Market is Steamboat’s only locally owned health food store & deli, serving the Yampa Valley since 1911. Located downtown on the beautiful Yampa River, we offer outdoor dining in the summer months, and indoor dining as well. Our popular deli offers fresh soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps, daily specials, baked goods, along with fresh juices, smoothies, teas and coffee drinks. We also are proud to carry locally produced organic produce from Elkstone Farms, as well as grass-fed beef, elk, pork, and poultry, and buffalo from Bear Mountain Bison, Yampa Valley Farms, Rockin J beef, and Colorado Meats. Our large bulk department has trail mixes, nuts, grains, granolas, snacks, flours, beans, legumes, mixes, medicinal herbs, culinary spices, teas, coffee, sea vegetables and more. Reef safe sunscreen and chemical free bug sprays ensure a safe day outdoors. We have supplements for your health needs, endurance, sleep, high altitude, recovery, allergies, immune system - you name it, we have you covered. Our friendly, knowledgeable staff will help answer your questions and assist you in finding the items you need. We offer competitive prices in our supplement department. Our best-selling line, New Chapter, has teamed up with our independent store so we can offer everyday value pricing on their entire line.
