- record your responses to the food (good, questionable, avoid) with notes,
- track and schedule supplements and supplement quantities*,
- track and schedule detoxification and detoxification quantities*,
- track symptoms on a worst-to-best scale*,
- track by day or track by time*,
- record general notes,
- search entries, analyze and export data,
- track for multiple users (e.g. yourself and a child, spouse, or client),
- backup your data or share it with someone who also has the app
(*unlock unlimited tracking for these features within the app. 7 days of tracking are allowed in the trial period.)
Healing Paths can change the way you prepare to meet with a health practitioner. The app tells you which of your symptoms were most frequent and affected you the most. Using the app’s search brings up your observations about those same symptoms. The app’s reports tell you about food, supplements, and detoxification for those days as well. The picture you share with your practitioner can resemble your actual condition more closely than before.
Healing Paths also will help you gain greater knowledge about your own body, a knowledge won through monitoring yourself daily or hourly.
If you are following the GAPS protocol, SCD, or Paleo/Primal diets then this app was designed specifically with you in mind! But if you are on a different protocol, the app will be no less useful because it is structured around food, supplements, detoxification, and symptoms -- the building blocks of any gastrointestinal health protocol. Healing Paths will be especially useful for those suffering with irritable bowel syndrome, "leaky gut" syndrome, food sensitivities or allergies, or gut dysbiosis (improper balance of bacteria flora in gut).
