SnapEval is the only mobile-first performance evaluation solution that enables managers to capture timely employee performance, map it to corporate goals, and instantly share it.

The free version of SnapEval enables a manager to do the following:

· Add and remove staff members

· Set employee goals and achievement levels

· Instantly record employee performance levels and notes on-the-go

· View employee performance level and note snapshots (evals) as captured sequentially

· View aggregate performance level for each employee with a color-coded performance meter

· Create employee performance summaries and generate performance evaluation reports for an individual or the entire team
