This app is enables you as a mental health professional to view summarized information for all your patients. You can view your patient’s mood log (mood, anxiety, sleep, stressors and medications), triage and health history. The mood log allows you to see whether your patient is taking the medications you prescribed and is continuing to get better.
The corresponding app for your patient is called “TARA: Mood Log and Medication Reminder”. Ask your patient to download that app when you prescribe them medications. The app will make it easier and more fun for your patient to adhere to your treatment plan.
TARA contains a triage module which has been hand-crafted by a team of Stanford University psychiatrists. The triage is based on DSM-V and covers 140 common chief complaints. The goal of the triage module is to help you reduce the time it takes you to elicit salient symptoms from your patient.
TARA also contains a comprehensive health history form. Your patient can fill out their health history on their smartphone in the comfort of their home. You can view the health history on your app and also save it as a PDF file.
