Sorry for the mess. The version 1.02 that was released on the App Store was not one that should have been released. I don't know what happened. I have uploaded the correct version, but still a wrong one was released.
This version is the correct one with the following changes:
I got that one wrong. "Vorsprung durch Technik" is an Audi slogan. They are part of the Volkswagen group, but the slogan is still associated with the Audi brand. Thanks to Simon Wallner for pointing this out!
TriviaStack got the following one star review: "This crappy game says trees convert water to oxygen."
Unfortunately I can't correct this because contrary to popular believe plants actually do produce oxygen from water and not CO2. But I've added an info to the question.
