Learning Pool Encore

Learning Pool Encore is our new mobile learning solution that provides learners with content that is time delayed from the moment they take the initial learning. This means that course administrators can use Learning Pool Encore to remind, refresh and reinforce learning messages to their learners in a structured way, days and weeks after they take the learning.

You can use Encore mobile learning to:

Remind learners about tasks, activities and push snippets of learning topics to them at timed intervals.

Breathe new life into previous learning with bite-size tasks and activities to help refresh the learners mind.

Emphasise and fortify knowledge of learning topics with catch up and repetitive learning.

Research shows clear benefits to spaced practice and mobile learning in terms of the main thing that matters – learning retention.

Reach
You can reach a dispersed workforce and push learning to users without computer access, providing genuinely ‘just in time’ training.
