"AIA Easy MedSearch" is totally free of charge application which facilitates an easy search function to locate nearby network doctors/hospitals anytime anywhere!
Key features include:
1. Network Directory: Allows customers to quickly locate nearby doctors by location, district or medical specialty and pinpoint respective geographical clinic location via map in Hong Kong. Policyholders can download the related electronic network card here.
2. Specialist Network: Allows customers with specified plans to quickly locate nearby doctors by location, district or medical specialty and pinpoint respective geographical clinic location via map in Hong Kong. Policyholders can download the related electronic network card here.
3. AIA China Assist Card (Guaranteed Hospital Admission Deposit): In the event of emergency hospitalisation, AIA China Assist Cardholders can locate a nearby network hospital that allows hospital admission without the need for a deposit. Please present your “China Assist Card” together with relevant ID document. When hospital admission assistance is required, please call our 24-hour worldwide emergency assistance hotline at (852) 2200-6622.
4. List of Designated Hospitals in China: Policyholders from People Republic of China for any hospitalization, diagnosis, treatment and/or surgery rendered or undertaken in the People's Republic of China, for AIA’s Hospitalization & Surgical, Hospital Income, Disability and Critical Illness benefit must be undertaken in any prevailing designated hospitals in the list.
5. General Practitioner (GP) List: Allows customers with hospital reimbursement products to quickly locate nearby related doctors by location, district or doctor name and pinpoint respective geographical clinic location via map in Hong.
"AIA 醫索易"是一個免費又容易使用的應用程式，可助受保人隨時隨地找到附近的網絡醫生／醫院！
主要特點包括：
1. 網絡醫生名單：有助客人快速按位置、地區或醫生搜尋附近的門診醫生，並以地圖確定香港診所位置。投保人可於此下載相關電子網絡醫療卡。
2. 專科網絡：有助客人快速按位置、地區或醫生搜尋附近的相關專科門診醫生，並以地圖確定香港診所位置。投保人可於此下載相關電子網絡醫療卡。
3. AIA「中國支援卡」（入院治療按金保證）：AIA「中國支援卡」持卡人在任何緊急情況下需要入院，只需確定中國支援特約醫院名單內所列出的附近醫院安排入院治療，而不用繳付保證按金。請出示有效「中國支援卡」和身分證明文件。如有任何入院查詢，請致電24小時環球緊急支援熱線 (852) 2200-6622。
4. 指定醫院名單：只適用於抵港抵澳內地人士於本公司投保任何住院、住院現金、殘廢及危疾保障時，均需於中華人民共和國境內之指定醫院進行住院、診斷、治療及／或手術。
5. 普通科醫生名單: 有助客人快速按位置、地區或醫生搜尋附近的相關普通科門診醫生，並以地圖確定香港診所位置。
WARRANTIES, DISCLAIMERS AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES
The “AIA Easy MedSearch” is provided on an “as is” basis without any warranty of any kind, including without limitation all warranties of merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose or any other warranty whether expressed or implied. To the extent permitted by law, these warranties are exclusive and there are no other express or implied warranties or conditions including warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
AIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data or data use, loss of business and/or loss of anticipated savings. AIA’s maximum liability for any damages arising out of the use of ”AIA Easy MedSearch” whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall be limited to the re-supply of the AIA Apps.
Note: “AIA” herein refers to AIA International Limited (Incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability).
