Fate Local is a patent pending technology that uses your Online Persona, namely what you do on the Internet, to learn who you are and what you like in order to provide recommendations. Looking for the best pizza in your part of the world? Out of town for the weekend and looking for a dive bar? Want to know the best sushi in Tokyo? In Vegas and looking for a club?
Fate Local shows you the top local restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions wherever you are. Better than that, Fate Local shows you the top places around you that are best suited to you and your unique tastes. The Fate Engine knows who you are from your online actions and delivers personalized recommendations. Each category lists results by popularity, but Fate's top recommendations for you are given Fate Grades of A, B, or C and Fate's Top Recommendation based on your personality and preferences is the Gold Selection.
It's as simple as dropping a pin anywhere on the globe and telling Fate Local how far you're willing to walk / drive to get there. You can also find handy information about all results including name, description, links, address, contact information, maps, and directions. You can also share your results on Facebook or Twitter.
It's important to note that Fate Local is Facebook data driven. So, be sure to connect to Facebook when prompted or you won't get the results you're looking for. Don't worry, your information is safe and all connections back to Facebook can be disabled within the app and you still get to experience the full power of Fate Local.
