Feel Alive Now is a 10 minute motivational booster by Glenn Harrold, that will leave you feeling more alive and in the present moment.
As soon as you start listening to the recording it will bring you into a state of presence and awareness. Mid way through you will be guided to repeat a number of feel good affirmations.
