The Calm Gut app is an evidence-based, audio toolkit designed for long-term relief from IBS symptoms. Combining gut-directed hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), & mindfulness techniques, it helps ‘fix’ the miscommunication between your brain & gut.
Developed by international psychotherapist Jayne Corner, who has supported thousands of IBS sufferers, the app combines leading psychological interventions (hypnotherapy & CBT) to reduce gut symptoms & improve quality of life.
