The Fast Diet, or 5:2 diet involves intermittent fasting, or eating a controlled amount for 2 days of the week and anything you’d like for the rest of the 5 days. The principle behind the diet is simple; eat less, but only SOME of the time.
Following this diet makes it possible to eat just what you like most of the time without worrying about calories, carbs or fat! Two days a week are spent eating a limited number of calories that can include all of your favorite foods and the other five are spent eating how you would normally.
This app includes recipes for your fasting days of 0-10, 100, 200, or 300 calories as well as tracking tools to graph weight, body fat, measurements (total inches) and before and after pictures so you can see just how effective this diet is for you!
