2. OPIOID SWITCHER: Ultra-complete opioid converter, including methadone*, that takes account of alternative ratios derived from EBM.

3. CORTICODOSE: Corticosteroid converter that provides you with information on the mineralocorticoid potency of each corticosteroid and their half-life.

4. OPIOID INTOXICATION: Rapid access to guidelines for the treatment of opioid intoxication.

5. BENZO SWITCHER*: Benzodiazepine converter.

6. MIX & MATCH*: Checks the compatibility of drug combinations for a continuous infusion pump.

7. SUB-CUT: Checks compatibility for subcutaneous administration.

IMPORTANT: Opioid conversion ratios must always be adapted to the patient being treated. The Orthodose tool is not in any way intended to be a substitute for the medical practitioner, who bears sole responsibility for prescription. The data used in the development of Orthodose refer to the international scientific literature available in February 2023.
