Thanks to a daily analysis of your health data and the calculation of the intensity of your sessions, accurately assess your ability to engage in sporting activity.

TAKE AN IN-DEPTH LOOK AT YOUR PERFORMANCE:
Analyze your training data with detailed graphs (heart rate, speed, power, altitude, cadence, ground contact time, vertical oscillation, stride length), view your route map, explore heart rate zones and segments.

ANALYZE YOUR TRAINING LOAD:
Find out immediately if your training is too intensive or too fast. Observe and compare TRIMP (TRaining IMPulse), duration, distance or elevation gain to assess the impact of each session over various periods: the last 7 days, the last 12 weeks, or the previous year.

- Kadens works without an Apple Watch, but this accessory is recommended to make full use of the functionalities and to collect essential data.
- Kadens synchronizes with Apple Health to access the data displayed. Your authorization will be required to access the types of data needed for the application.
