Loyne Life

The Loyne Life app is designed to bridge the gaps in information, communication, skills and knowledge for all staff with a role in school. It aims to provide accessible and meaningful bite-size insights into life in the school, covering areas such as CPD, safeguarding, behaviour, curriculum and events, to name but a few. In having access to Loyne Life it is hoped that staff will be able to easily find information that they may need in order to support teaching in learning in school or develop their own competencies in areas of interest to them. Loyne Life will also feature access to surveys, to enable staff to share thoughts and feedback quickly and efficiently as well as a blog that highlights specialist teaching strategies used regularly in school in order to meet the complex needs of our learners. Central to its purpose is that of wellbeing – staff feeling a sense of belonging, a sense of purpose and feeling a part of the intricate life of the school. Alongside an intuitive design, there are key elements to the app that enable users to feel supported in their role and a part of school life. These include key events coming up, theme days and weeks, charity-focussed events along with term dates and holidays.
