The Yoga Library is an online yoga studio founded by Jaime Hepburn.
Our extensive library of 300 + classes covers 9 different styles of yoga and ensures that you have everything you need, depending on how you feel. Classes range from 10-90 minutes, to help support you in your practice no matter how much time you have. Whether you're brand new to yoga or an advanced practitioner, there’s a little something here for everyone.
We encourage free-thinking and self-exploration on the mat, which means sometimes taking alternative routes if it feels right. We always ask students to meet us wherever they are in their own personal journey. Our method is designed with all bodies in mind and we welcome both beginner and advanced practitioners. What we aim to teach is that it really doesn’t matter whether you can touch your toes or balance on one finger, but what you learn about yourself along the way.
