Written by Angie Jackson, R.R.T. Developed by an AHA instructor with 20+ years teaching experience. This app was developed specifically to follow the AHA ECC Guidelines, which is the governing authority for all CPR course content. It teaches guidelines that can be found at http://eccguidelines.heart.org. The app on its own does not certify users to perform CPR or use an AED; it intends to prepare them for a certification exam.
The CPR + AED Basics app prepares learners with differing abilities to take the CPR exam with less stress and more confidence. Following a Learn, Practice, Play lesson framework, the CPR + AED Basics app teaches and reinforces CPR skills through hands-on practice and interactive gameplay. Learn the essential skills of CPR with the sequencing cards and the Life Saving Skills Book. Play and reinforce the skills taught with the game and the integral Skill, Scene, and Trivia Cards. Pave the path towards gainful employment Attainment’s new CPR + AED Basics Toolkit! Ideal for any job requiring CPR certification!
