CFHarvest

CFHarvest is a system for contractors in timber harvesting, forestry and forest improvement. The contractor maintains information about their own company, users and resources in the system. The contractor receives work areas from their service buyers, and then schedules those for their resources. For this purpose, the contractor always has a planning application at their disposal, and depending on the needs of the business, also mobile applications for logging, forest management and forest improvement.

The CFHarvest mobile application provides modern tools that a user needs to efficiently perform their work in the forest. Work instructions, maps, contact information and GPS positioning are some of the many features included.

In addition to carrying out the work ordered, the application can also be used to report on the quality of the work via sample plot measurements and final audits, often required for forestry certification.

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

New features and changes
* Forest company specific default values for measurement method and place when adding wood products
New functionality has been implemented to CFHarvest for users who can add new wood products to working sites, that the new wood product rows will have Measurement Method and Measurement Place automatically set according to service buyer defined default values.

* Possibility to change base map opacity
A new map feature has been added to all users that allows to define the opacity for background map layers.

* Save machine route automatically, when entering the working site
New feature "Automatic route recording" has been implemented in the Harvest application.

* Automatic ForwardingNotification sending when FPR file created
New functionality has been added to existing Harvest application setting "Measurement data automatic sending". Now this setting triggers also forwarding notification sending automatically when new FPR file created.

* Implement Connected Forest style header bar to CFHarvest Planning application
Planning application header design has been changed to more closely align with Trimble branding and provide a consistent interface among Connected Forest applications.

Other improvements and fixes
* Fix: Navigating back from map view in Forest app does not remember previous tab correctly
Fixed case where navigating back from map view in Forest app did not remember the previous tab correctly. Now it works and it navigates back to the tab where the map was opened.
