GradStock delivers talent pools of candidates to recruiting employers. Candidates are screened through a sophisticated filtering process that delivers a better matched, more committed and higher quality graduate pool to a wide range of employers (from SME’s to FTSE 100 companies and major public bodies).
Our filtering process also allows us to monitor progression of students, pin-point key qualities and developing competencies within each of our student users. This allows us to take employer requirements and match them specifically to student qualities.
The ‘GradStock Edge’ is such that by harnessing our technology-driven selection process, we not only deliver a better service than existing providers - we do it at 10% of the current average market price.
GradStock is a free, on-line platform providing students with the opportunity to engage directly with prospective employers at no cost to themselves - and at minimal cost to the potential employer.
GradStock challenges the norm: it renders obsolete the business model adopted by all other “recruitment consultants” in the market to date. Our technology provides a free platform for both employers and for students, through which they can interact, compare, evaluate, contact and ultimately hire.
The model is centred on efficiency and empowerment – seizing control back from recruitment consultants and placing it into the hands of the student. Employers receive quick, relevant and supportive services and an accurate preview of potential candidates, whilst maintaining the necessary filtering to reduce large numbers of candidates to smaller talent pools for in-depth review.
