Wikimedia Commons photo uploader app for iPhone and iPad.
Take photos with your phone or upload items from your photo library to Wikimedia Commons, the freely licensed media repository brought to you by the runners of Wikipedia. Once uploaded, photos will be usable directly on Wikipedia and other sites.
