Zen Starter is a tool that allows you to do your work extremely efficient.
Tradition of Zen has about nearly 1000 years of history in Japan, and apart from religious meaning, it still remains as a method for mental concentration and training. This app has compactly gathered zen practices and helps you to concentrate more on your work, study or reading.
In the zen practice, you are first going to meditate in order to calm yourself. For this procedure, this app has reproduced a scene in which you feel as if you were meditating actually in a temple.
The duration of meditation is up to you. Whenever you think you become calm, you can start your work, study or reading, etc. Wearing headphones is highly recommended for this app.
And then, put your headphones on and place your iPhone aside to start your work, study or reading, etc. A beautiful Japanese garden appears on your iPhone screen, and you will hear sounds of the mild wind, the river stream and birds’ singing. Therefore, you can do whatever you are doing with a continuing calmness and high concentration.
