This is the Design Only version of Form Maker

With Form Maker - Design Only you can build beautiful and powerful multi-page multi-column native iOS forms for use with Form Maker. You cannot capture data with the Design Only version, you will need the full version of Form Maker for that.

Form Maker forms are brilliant for tradeshows, exhibitions, presentations and data entry.

Just to reiterate: this Design Only version of the app lets you create new forms but responses can only be captured using the full version of Form Maker.

No need to connect to a Mac or PC, everything takes place on the device itself.

The app generates native multi-page iOS forms on the fly, with all the smooth transitions and beauty you have come to expect. No clunky HTML5 is used.

Forms created on one device can be copied to as many other devices as you like. You can even copy forms between iPads, iPhones and iPods. Adjustment is automatic.

You can create your forms with attractive backgrounds and include text entry boxes, notepad fields, buttons, maps with pins, images, and selection lists with ticks or radio buttons. You can set up your own color schemes too.

Forms can have as many pages as you like, the standard sweep gesture can be used to move between pages.

Pages automatically adjust when changing between portrait and landscape.

You can add web pages to the forms too, making it easy to include your own website, reference websites or video.

Forms are created using the intuitive and easy to use WYSIWYG designer. No programming is required.

Data can only be captured using the full version of Form Maker, from which it can be easily exported in text or CSV format for use in other applications.
